Q:  Will you list my home on the MLS or buy it?
A:  Great question. We’re not agents, and we don’t list properties. We are professional home buyers: We buy homes  that meet our purchasing criteria. From there, we may repair the home, resell it to another homeowner, or rent it.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  We often acquire properties below market value to sell them for a profit. We aim to negotiate a fair discount when purchasing a property. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my home?
A: Our process is transparent and simple. We assess factors such as location, necessary repairs, current condition, and recent sales of comparable properties in the area. Given the fluctuations in property values over the past five years, we carefully analyze various aspects to determine a fair price that benefits both parties.

Q: Do I need to pay any fees or commissions to work with you?

Q:  How are you or your company different from a real estate agent?

Agents provide a valuable service, which involves waiting and giving up part of the sale price for commissions. We’re different. We’re not agents; we’re home buyers. We purchase properties directly, and can decide within days, sometimes even the same day. Our business model involves taking the risk of buying, repairing, and marketing the property ourselves, which can be challenging in this market.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info to you?
